Sarah Qwill Duvall received “Best of Show” honors for her work “Self Portrait with Seiji” oil on canvas by in the 39th annual Northern Lights Juried Fine Art Exhibition.
Awards were announced opening at Century College in White Bear Lake Friday, April 20. This event is sponsored by White Bear Center for the Arts. The exhibit, featuring painting, drawing, fiber prints, photography, and sculpture, is running until May 11.
