From Cross Country coach Daniel Ethier: MPA Cross country traveled 90 minutes north for our “homecoming” but it was a successful trip. 12 runners set new personal records, many by large chunks, 4 runners earned ribbons for finishing in the top 25 of their races, all of which had hundreds of runners, and our boys earned the 2nd place team trophy in the class A (smallest schools) division. They missed 1st place by just 5 points. This despite one of our runners getting tripped shortly after the start!
Our girls had our top five runners (the scoring runners) all under 18 minutes. I can’t remember the last time we did that.
