Last Thursday, MPA fifth and eighth graders joyfully prepared approximately 1,000 toys for delivery to children in communities along the Iditarod trail. Ryan Anderson, who will soon be racing in his first Iditarod, formed the organization Toys to Nome to give back to the communities that line the trail. TLC Toys generously donated all the beautiful wooden toys.
