Substitute Lower School Assistant
From what school/organization are you coming?
I currently sub in District 622 in a variety of areas.
Tell us about your education and past experience.
I attended Lakewood Community College after graduating from high school and then continued to take a variety of business and human resource classes throughout the years.
What did you find appealing about MPA?
I originally learned a lot about MPA from Dawn Zimmerman as we have been friends for over 25 years. I have subbed here in the past and have always enjoyed the welcoming and warm staff.
What’s your big dream?
Traveling both domestically and internationally. My husband is retiring in January of 2023 and we are looking forward to spending more time at the cabin and traveling.
What are you (and your family, if you so choose) passionate about?
Family time is very important to us. Me and my husband of 33 years have three adult children. We love to travel together and try new places to eat. We all love sports, especially football, both college and pro. We also love basketball and baseball and attend many of these together. We love our time together and being with extended family and friends. Very energetic group of people who like to have fun and explore new things.
What’s a fun fact about you that our community would love to know?
I love to entertain and try new recipes. I also love country music, both old and new.
