What does the first day of school mean to you? Perhaps freshly sharpened school supplies and crisp new uniforms, warm welcomes and exhilarating new friendships, discovering new interests and setting goals for the rest of the year. Every student, parent, teacher, and community member has a unique answer, yet common themes emerge. We’re full of hope, wonder, and excited curiosity about what the next school year will bring.
- Seeing the joy of 105 new students beginning their educational journey at MPA, discovering their passions, challenging themselves, and pursuing their big dreams.
- An automatic “restart” button that doesn’t come along often in life. While there are familiar faces, and comfort in a predictable schedule, the “newness” is refreshing. New opportunities, relationships, classes, and discoveries are waiting to be tapped into for the new school year.
- Coming in with fresh eyes and renewed excitement. Getting to welcome a community back, but everybody is a little different from the last time you saw them. Getting a lot of joy out of finding the subtle changes in something familiar.
- The embodiment of hope; hope for the new year, new discoveries, and a deepening connection to this community of learning.
- A mix of excitement and nervousness, both as a student and a parent. At MPA, the first day brings happiness in seeing friends and teachers, the anticipation of an amazing year ahead, and the comfort of knowing you are celebrated for the person you are.
The 2023-24 school year is already off to a wonderful start. Now, the Office of Admission is shifting focus to midyear and fall 2024 applications. Mark your calendar–both the Admission and Indexed Tuition applications will open on September 15.
And if you’re still seeking the perfect school fit, we welcome you to connect with the Office of Admission! Although the Indexed Tuition budget is exhausted, there is still space available in some grades, and we’d love to give you a tour now that our campus is full of student life again!
