Indexed Tuition APPLICATION Instructions
New this year, Mounds Park Academy partners with Clarity for its Indexed Tuition application process. Clarity offers a streamlined, mobile friendly application that can be completed in as short a time as 20 minutes. Additionally, Clarity removes the need to upload your W2 and 1040 by transferring them directly from the IRS. This reduces the amount of information that you will need to enter manually and makes it possible to complete the application quickly and efficiently.
Mounds Park Academy takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information. Based on the financial information you provide in the online application, Clarity provides the school with an estimated amount your family can contribute to educational expenses.
Indexed Tuition Application Timeline For 2025-26 School Year
Application Opened: September 15, 2024
Returning Family Deadline: January 15, 2025
New Family Priority Deadline: February 15, 2025
After these deadlines, Indexed Tuition is offered on a rolling basis as budget allows.

Step 1: Create Your Clarity Account
- To get started, click here.
- Click "create an account," and provide your name and email and set your password.
Step 2: Complete the Clarity Indexed Tuition Application
- You will need to complete one Clarity application per household and all members of each household must be included on the application. Every living biological parent and legal guardian will need to submit their information for an application to be considered complete. The first parent or guardian to complete the Clarity application will have an opportunity to invite parents and guardians from outside of their household to create their own account and fill out a separate confidential application.
- Start with household and applicant information and select the school(s) to which you are applying.
- Sign and submit a Form 4506c to give Clarity permission to pull your prior year tax returns. This means you won't need to upload any of them yourself!
- Complete your financial information, including income, expenses, assets, and debts.
- Plan for 30 minutes to complete the application. You are able to save your progress and return at any time.
Step 3: Submit The Clarity Indexed Tuition Application & Pay The Fee
- The application fee is $60 per household and covers all of the Clarity schools to which you are applying.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
- Return to your dashboard after you submit your application as Mounds Park Academy requires you to upload additional documents including most recent pay stubs and business tax documents (if you own a business).
Step 5: Receive Your Indexed Tuition Notification
- Prospective Families: If you apply before February 15, 2025, and your child has been accepted to Mounds Park Academy, your family’s Indexed Tuition decision will be announced on March 28, 2025 when your enrollment contract is sent. This timeline also applies to current families who are adding a sibling to MPA. If you apply after February 15, awards will be made on a rolling basis as budget allows.
- Current Families: Your family’s Indexed Tuition will be announced on January 31, 2025 when re-enrollment opens unless you are adding a new child to the community. If you are adding a new child to the community, your entire family's agreement and Indexed Tuition will be released on March 28, 2025.
